Caring, approachable, knowledgeable, easy to talk with and to, listens and understands.
Dr. Pukatch is the best! Always a great experience. She really listens and cares about my concerns as a parent. I have relocated to Richmond, VA but I still kept her as my daughter’s pediatrician. I’d drive hours just for the experience and care she provides!
I have only met Dr.Krause once before, she is very personable and takes the time to sit and talk about any questions or concerns that me or my child had.
Dr. Halpern is great! Both my kids sees her. She’s informative and prompt.
As always Dr Meyer was very through during her exam and interview with my daughter. My children had seen her as their pediatrician for the past 16 years and as they grew up , Dr Meyer as always been able to provide the best care to them.
She is very kind and professional Doctor 👩⚕️
My husband took our daughters for their first time visit and they were with Catherine Pukatch, Her Attention to details were impeccable
If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. This is the second time I’ve been refused service due to an unresolved bill that I couldn’t even get a clear explanation for. I asked for a detailed ledger of services and charges, but the front desk directed me to the billing department. Despite calling over 10 times and leaving multiple messages, I received no resolution. My family was in an accident a few months prior, and our legal team needed an explanation of services to confirm my daughter’s visit was related to the accident. Without the statement, the bill couldn’t be handled properly, forcing me to pay it out of pocket. Months later, my daughter started vomiting uncontrollably on the way to school. Panicked, I rushed her to the Woodbridge office with my 11-month-old crying in the car. When I tried to schedule a same-day sick appointment, Niki, the manager, refused to help. She made me feel like I was begging for charity. She stated my daughter couldn’t be seen until the unresolved balance was paid, even though I was prepared to use my health savings account to cover it. When I asked for a detailed bill to submit for reimbursement, Niki claimed they could only provide a basic statement with dates and amounts. Oddly, I later discovered the Springfield location was able to print the detailed breakdown with no issue. Niki’s refusal to help, especially as a manager, was unacceptable. The billing department never called me back. Fortunately, the Springfield location immediately stepped in when I called in tears. They apologized for my experience, understood my urgency, and took care of my daughter. Their staff was compassionate and efficient, printing the statement I needed with no hassle. I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way, but they treated us with care and respect, everything you’d expect from a pediatric office. Today, my 13-month-old son exhibited flu and COVID symptoms. Hesitantly, I called the Woodbridge office due to convenience. Unfortunately, I encountered the same dismissive behavior. My son had a $50 balance from 1/17 (today is 1/27), and I haven’t even received the bill in the mail yet. Once again, they refused to help or listen. Instead of prioritizing my sick child, they prioritized a minimal balance. I ended up taking my son elsewhere. I will continue going to the Springfield location until I find a replacement doctor in Woodbridge. It’s a shame because Dr. Virginia Kross is absolutely amazing she’s the only reason I’ve stayed with this practice for as long as I have. She’s interactive, caring, and always goes above and beyond. I wish she were at the Springfield location. Woodbridge management, particularly Niki, should take notes from the Springfield team on how to treat patients and their families with care and compassion.
I never write yelp reviews but there is so much wrong with this practice that I cannot hold back. From a first time mom and someone in the medical field. There are so many things wrong with this practice. First off, no one answers the nurses line during the day and if you leave a voicemail they won't get back to you. Basically, you have to spam the front desk so they can go tell the nurses to answer the phone in the back. Secondly, this is RSV season and the practice doesn't have the vaccine because it is "too expensive" you're telling me you don't have a CDC recommended vaccination because of the price. Finally due to multiple families request you only bought the RSV shot, but now your telling me I have to pay over $500 out of pocket because my insurance doesn't cover it even though with a simple google search and insurance phone call it is clearly stated that they do cover the shot and the pediatrician office is billing it with a certain code that it wouldn't be covered. Thirdly, to request your child's medical records you have TO PAY for the records 50 cents a page. I've never heard of that. For the sake of your child's health go to a different practice.
I've Been Coming To This Location For 7 Years And They Have Accommodated My Kids For So Many Reasons. The Only Downfall Is To Get An Appointment In Woodbridge If Your Child Is Sick After 5PM.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
