Broke two fingers at work. I had pretty significant damage, but his work got me back to 100% in no time! I cannot understate, Dr. Shonuga delivers excellent surgery and professionalism! Thank you so much!

Allowed this incompetent doctor to conduct trigger finger surgery on three of my fingers one of which became infected after the 6 week healing period. I was given some excuse that he couldn't go back to the surgery center where it was performed...the alternate location didn't accept my insurance. He offered to do it free but I was given a date that I told them I couldn't do because my spouse was out of town. I was told I could use Uber-Health so I said okay, then the day before I was told I had to have someone I knew bring me and take me home...scrambled around and thought I had it sorted but then the person backed out. When I canceled the next morning the surgical coordinator had the audacity to yell at me...talk about unprofessional. I asked for an alternative date, I was told no and that I needed to go to the emergency room to have it dealt with. I asked for an MRI or CT to make sure there wasn't some additional underlying issue. Nope, I needed to go to the emergency room. Not we'll coordinate that...or help you transition to another doctor. Now two of three fingers are substantially worse than before the surgery...something I regret to say the least. In retrospect it probably wouldn't have got infected had he put me on antibiotics following the surgery. Bottom line is DO NOT TRUST this guy or his staff to follow through if something goes wrong.

Dr. Shonuga was very caring and professionally. It was my first surgery in my life so I was very concerned and a little nervous about it but he assured me they will take good care of me and they sure did take great care of my surgery beyond my expectations. I was in and out like it never happened but off course also took time to answer all my questions and concerns and in-depth explanations of what the surgery entails as well as any related information to the surger. I must say I liked the song he was playing in the background during the surgery though.

Dr. Shonugha is one of the most caring doctors I have ever worked with. He asks all the right questions and fully listens answers. He shows compassion and understanding. He prioritizes the patient's comfort. He is an extremely skilled surgeon. The compound fracture in my wrist has healed quickly as if a miracle happened!!!

Dr. Shonuga is a caring hand and wrist doctor. From my first visit, Dr. Shonuga made my health his priority. He examined, re-examined and found the problem. This led to a successful surgical outcome. Trauma to my hand was minimal; recovery was maximized with Dr. Shonuga's continued monitoring of the surgical area. He is exceptional in his knowledge and skill to treat needed area. And, he is the most gracious and thoughtful to his patients.

I went to Dr Shonuga for a second opinion on my sons broken pinky. The difference between the first place and Dr Shonuga was night and day. The entire staff was awesome. Everyone was professional and friendly. The Dr explained the importance and necessity of surgery. Yes my son missed the entire season of high school basketball but will now be able to play without worrying about reinjuring his pinky. Dr Shonuga and his staff are 5 stars all the way and my son and our family will be forever grateful.
