Our first visit we called and was told there was no wait we got there and checked in and waited for 45 minutes and was never seen. We left and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Came back and sat there with our appointment was called, taken weight of my daughter went into the room waiting 30 minutes dr came in and told us to take aspirin.
Excellent service, my child is always attended to immediately, the nurses and doctors are very kind.
I brought my child here when she was having fever for 3 days but Dr. Youhi Ghouse failed to diagnosed her flu and ear infection. She was very non-chalant and seemed not to care at all. My daughter ended up having fever higher than 105F for 3 more days until I took her to Patient First, where they checked Flu, Covid and Strep tests right away. They immediately diagnosed that my daughter has a flu and ear infection, then gave her antibiotics. She gotten better just in a day. I was so disappointed with PM pediatrics, that my daughter had to suffer 3 more days of fever because their doctor failed to diagnose her ear infection. Go somewhere else and don't waste your money to this urgent care.
I've visited many times now, and each experience has been consistently positive. There's little to no wait, the staff provide excellent care, and they take the time to thoroughly address any concerns. Everyone from the front desk to the Drs/Nurse Practitioners are always so friendly and informative. I also appreciate that I always leave with a solution. Either a prescription or treatment provided right then and there in the office for my children when they're sick. I continue coming back because they're dependable and give my kids the attention they deserve. My son never ever cries when we are there. Thank you to all the staff at PM Prince William!!! We are very grateful you are there.

Love the team! Front desk girl is amazing and so knowledgeable also Leda and ness killed it all of them made me feel safe and heal my sons allergic reaction
Like several others, we were advertised low wait times on the website. I even made an appointment in advance to expedite being seen, and arrived early and finished the paperwork on or before the appointment time. Despite this, we waited for almost three quarters of an hour past the appointment time. My son said something about wanting to leave and the front desk said some rude things assuming he was out of earshot. We have had very good experiences in the past but it seems like quality of the front desk has gone down lately. Nurse still great.
10/10 the doctors are so sweet and it’s honestly one of the fastest urgent cares i’ve been to!
I left very disappointed after going to PM Pediatrics. My child was bleeding from their mouth, and the only help we were offered was a piece of gauze. No one came out to check on my child while we were sitting there, which was really upsetting as a parent. It was also difficult to watch another parent who had taken the time to schedule an appointment still sitting and waiting almost a hour without any updates. The whole place felt disorganized, and there was very little communication from the staff about what was going on or what we should expect. When you bring your child to urgent care, you’re already worried. Based on this experience, I would not recommend coming to this location if you’re seeking urgent care for your child.
I scheduled a 2:15 PM appointment at PM Pediatrics because the office recommended making an appointment to help reduce wait times. I arrived on time, checked in, and was charged coinsurance immediately before even being seen. By 2:50 PM (35 minutes past the scheduled appointment time) we were still sitting in the waiting room and had not been called back. There was also no communication or update from staff about the delay. If appointments are simply placeholders and patients can still expect significant delays, that should be made clear from the start. Charging coinsurance before providing care while families sit waiting with no communication is frustrating and reflects a poor patient experience—especially when children are sick. This visit felt poorly managed and lacked basic communication. I hope other parents share their experiences so families can make informed decisions, and consider this location only as a last resort.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
