Ramin Ipakchi's Online Review Report Card

Where do I begin? My daughter who is now an adult has been coming here since she was 5. Back then (she’s 21) it was fine. Now it’s awful. If I could give negative stars I would. This office has failed my daughter so many times. She has severe issues and had an emergency ruptured ear drum and they wouldn’t help her at all. They wouldn’t even page the on call doctor because it had been 7 months since she saw him. Are you kidding me? We’ve been going here for 16 years and you won’t help her? Disgusted me. Also they don’t ever answer their phones. Ever. Third, they don’t even try to fit you in in an emergency. It’s like no we don’t want to help you. So even 16 years as a patient doesn’t mean a thing to them. So guess what? Adios to this practice. Found a few one and we won’t be back. Not like they care though because they don’t. I’m so disgusted with their lack of care and professionalism

I am really unhappy with Dr Ipakchi and the whole practice, I made an appointment specifically with Dr Ipakchi for my old parents in their woodbridge location (that was what they gave me), which is very far from me (more than an hour drive). When we get there, first of all the staff are not welcoming at all, they took us to the room and instead of the doctor himself a physician assistant visits us and when I told her I made the appointment with Dr Ipakchi she said I can ask him to come and say hi, but he didn’t even do that. The physician assistant was really nice but she didn’t really do anything. I was regretting going all the way from Maryland to Woodbridge taking my 84 years old father to see him and he didn’t even care to come and say hi. If you are looking for a professional and caring Doctor and practice don’t go there, you will regret it.

I wish I could give negative stars, it'd be -5. As some of you here, I would agree with "worst scheduling ever"! And also not once but two instance when the second visit, I waited three long hours in pains never received any apology. Dr. Ipackchi showed NO respect nor regards for patients. We also work and that money used to pay for his "service" and he shouldn't think he is the only one working to waste patients time as he did. Lastly, he did some tests without ever informing me to come out with false positive when I had reactions to another treatment which caused the results he misinterpreted or "stereotyped" on me. That was it! Such bad experience, NEVER again. Best of luck.

The worst scheduling ever and. Scheduled a week and half in advance to see this Dr. drove 40 mins to this office. When I arrived they couldn’t even find me in their system and they said the dr is been out for past 3 weeks. So why would they even schedule me if they knew the dr is out. Wasted my time and effort. DO NOT GO THERE.

Was charged $280 for a 15 second visit in which no service was provided.

I asked the receptionist to have my medical records sent to Dr Ipakchi. She told me it would take 2 weeks and I was told to come back in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I go in and ask if they have received my records from GWU Hospital? Th receptionist says “Doctor has to review your record before he can send it to GWU”!!! I recommended to this doctor that he hire someone who actually speaks and understands English. Not just 15 words of it. And to this day nobody knows what happened to my records! Avoid this guy. Go anywhere else.

Excellent, thorough care whenever someone in my family has an ENT issue. Highly recommend Dr. Ipakchi

Dr Ipakchi put my 9 month old sons tubes in a week ago and he was amazing. He was very nice and straight forward at our first visit to him. Did not waste any time on scheduling my sons procedure. The staff was very nice and attentive. When we arrived to the hospital he came in and explained everything to us and we felt very comfortable. Once he was done he came out and told us everything went well and gave us instructions. Was very pleased and plan on staying with him.

Best specialist ever, not only he doesn’t sugar coat but always tries different ways and type of treatment before going straight to surgery 😊

I visited this place a few times. Dr. Ipakchi is a nice and caring physician, but their office and staff is not that good. Their office and furniture is so old and not very clean. I called their office several times to ask for my test results as Ramin (Dr. Ipakchi) had advised and staff never transferred my message and I finally gave up. They tried hard to setup a visit with doctor to charge me for a visit just to let me know for a simple test result.
