This location is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. The staff from front desk to radiology technicians are very professional kind courteous and definitely great at their job. Anything from the appointment scheduling to the actual exam is always without any issue. My reports are delivered quickly and are thorough as Rayus has a team of qualified doctors who are skilled radiology diagnosticians. Their patient portal is also very well designed and incredibly useful whether you need to preregister or access your records history. Thank you for your dedication and the amazing services you provide for your patients.

I called them about an collection mail I received. I never received a invoice from them or anything. I called last month spoke to the billing department they assured me that they would send it to my secondary insurance and then no one called me. A month later I called to follow up with it and the lady was completely rude and uncalled for nasty on the phone. During covid and people getting laid off this is just straight up not acceptable. I work in the health field and no other offices have treated people like this.

Not easily handicapped accessible. No wheelchair automatic doors. Office doors manual and standard not sized for wheelchairs. Strange for medical office

The staff are very professional and courteous somehow they find a way to make each patient young and old feel safe and comfortable having an MRI. I had brought my late father here many times and even though claustrophobic he seemed to be relaxed and comfortable. I honestly can not find anything negative to say and I find it strange with everything going on but honestly there keeping the place clean offering sanitizer and mandatory mask taking temps and social distancing. Trying the best they can Everyone Stay Safe out there.

The staff at the Woodbridge office are great. They are very accommodating. I called for an MRI appointment at 400 pm and was able to do it the same day at 700 pm because I told them that I was seeing the doctor in couple of days. Excellent service and no wait.

They were able to get me in quick for an MRI the staff was very great and very accommodating. This is my fourth time using Insight Imaging I will continue to drive the 30 minutes to get to their office because everyone there is fantastic
