Dr. Lateef is a horrible person.

I had the worst experience with this office. The front office was extremely rude and disrespectful. They don't return phone calls unless you make a complaint with patient advocacy. I drove 2 hours only to be referred to another doctor in my area. I will not return or recommend this office.

Dr. Lateef was kind, informative, and patient when we saw her for an initial consultation with our son this week. She took the time to explain everything in terms we could understand and paused several times throughout the conversation to check and see if we had questions. Her office staff was great and gave us every bit of information we needed for next steps, even forwarding the test paperwork to the test providers and our insurance for preauthorization and scheduling. When looking for a pediatric neurologist, we didn't have experience or recommendations from friends to lean on. I feel very fortunate that we landed in Dr. Lateef's office.

The doctor was very nice as well as the medical student we saw today. They listened to the concerns that I had about my child who has multiple complex medical conditions. They were able to address all concerns as well as create a follow up plan for continued care. My child and I were very happy with the care that we received.

Worst healthcare provider I have ever seen. They lack complete empathy. Dr Lateef prescribed a medicine which needed to be given to my son immediately. But they didn't send it to the pharmacy. I have been calling frantically many times and spoken with multiple individual in past three days without any resolution and no call backs. Please avoid this doctor and provider at any cost. There is no accountability.

My family had a great experience with Dr. Lateef and the staff in the office. Dr. Lateef took her time and explained the information thoroughly and answered all of our questions.

Dont reccomend going here everyone is great but dr lateef for some reason seemed very rushed barely asked me questions regarding what i was concerned about barely watched what i brought to show her she walked out in the middle of me talking im not taking her answer. Looking for a new doctor dont waste your time coming to someone who rushes through your appointment and doesn't care to address your concerns.

Dr. Lateef treated my daughter twice in the hospital for inpatient migraine treatment. She was thorough, explained all options clearly, and most importantly made my 11yr old feel comfortable and empowered me as a parent to be the best advocate for my child’s care under stressful conditions. Can’t recommend Dr. Lateef more highly!

Dr. Lateef seems like a good doctor but scheduling is a nightmare. Beware - they will waste your time. We had an appt scheduled today. They called today to see if we could come in early. I explained I had to work and couldn’t come early. They said okay we will see you later this afternoon. I left work early, drove for a half an hour to get there and they had closed the office early. The door was locked, and they were gone. How unprofessional! Wish I could charge them a missed appointment fee... They also messed up the last appt It was a telehealth appt. They sent us a link for an allergist when our appointment was with a neurologist. Crazy!
