Refused service to my 4 year old daughter because "they don't take walk-ins at the end of the day." This was after checking both their website and automated phone message that walk-ins were accepted during their normal business hours. Maybe next time my daughter will have the courtesy to only be sick before 6 pm.

I called and it said accepting walk ins so I rushed in and got there 3 minutes before closing and the front desk staff named Jennifer informed me they were no longer accepting walks ins. I asked where it said that on the website and "she couldn't say". My 4 year old needed to be seen and we were denied services due to no reason other than being a walk in, it's still within business hours. Do not go here they don't care about treating patients.

Came on a Sunday in October and was turned away even though the lobby was empty and told they were booked with appointments, I. Disappointed since I've gone to them before and never had an issue

Very good staff. Excellent service. Fast and took care of me quickly. Found my health issues in 15 mins and sent prescriptions to my pharmacy at the same time. Went above and beyond even though I was the last person to be checked. Their easy online check-in system is really good and you can make appointments easily and easily cancel them.

Velocity was as very clean and I got to see a doctor right away. I was able to have good communication which is key.
