Very personable and down to earth. Genuinely listens attentively to what your problem is. Dr Mackie-Jenkins was very knowledgeable and experienced in treating my pain. He patiently explained the source of my pain and was realistic about how successful a treatment plan would be. He discussed my options and together we decided which options in pain management were best for my condition. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and knowledgeable pain management doctor who is also very real and genuine.

When I first went in to see the doctor I was unable to stand up straight or walk without pain. After seeing the doctor I was pain free! Again, my back froze up leaving me in horrible pain and unable to walk or straighten up. And once again the Doctor worked his magic, as I call it. Afterwards, I was able to walk out of the office and not looking down at the floor. Lol

I have been seeing Dr. Mackie-Jenkins for about a year for arthritis pain in my back. We did a couple rounds of RFA, but they were not successful. He referred me to Dr. Gupta in the practice for my hip, and I ended up having a total hip replacement. I tried another round of RFA since My hip replacement, and it has been life changing! I can walk and stand with just a little soreness and not the debilitating pain I had before. I can't thank Dr. Macki-Jenkins and his staff enough for giving me my life back!
