The practice has so many doctors you cannot get them to answer the phones

Worst experience. This office charged me $450 for my initial visit. Not good, but whatever. I went in for a second visit with another dr in their chain and while waiting they handed me an “outstanding bill” for $750, which means $1200 for ONE visit. Shocked, I asked how much it was for the days visit I was currently waiting on and I was told over $300 because it was the first time being seen by that doctor. So basically they’ll just pass you around charging exorbitant amounts of money for each doctor in their office to have a turn at you. Then send you a bill later for double the agreed amount to see if you’ll pay it. I did end up calling their billing department and getting all of it taken off after several phone calls and a headache. Shady shady stuff.

Dr. Lowery and his staff are amazing! He is easy going and thorough. Dr. Lowery and his staff have your best interests at heart. He made a devastating injury to my elbow/tricep a lot less stressful. Him and the PT staff turned a horrendous injury into one I feel optimistic about. I couldn’t ask for a better Orthopaedic surgeon, staff and PT group

Dr. Lowery is terrific, combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. He is an excellent surgeon. I immediately felt at ease and confident when he did my Total Knee Replacement, plan on having him do my other knee. Staff was great, too! Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Great atmosphere,everyone is always polite and ready to assist. Dr. Lowrys nurse Monique is the Best always so helpful she goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of . Dr. Lowry is so respectful and will answere all questions, he never rushes he gives you thre quality time needed at you visit.
