Spectrum Physical Therapy at Zion Crossroads has an EXCELLENT therapy and office staff. Sadly the operational side of this network of rehabilitation centers is extremely poorly run. Four months after being released from therapy I called to request some additional information that my insurance company requested. I learned that I had a significant balance that was due back to me which had never been previously mentioned. Now seven months after my release I have still not been refunded. If you have received therapy from Spectrum in the past you should contact them to find out if they are holding your money as well. It is unlikely that you will ever get the refund but you will be better positioned for deciding where to obtain any future physical therapy services you may require.

I have been treated at the Zion Crossroads facility many times for different issues. I have always been treated with the utmost personal care by Dr. Amanda Perry and Dr. Brittany Utz. I would not consider going to any other physical therapists as I implement their advice with at home exercises along with in house visits. They are extremely knowledgeable professional and always prompt. I highly recommend this facility and these therapists.Marion M. Minniti

I had hand surgery Dec222020 and was assigned for physical therapy at the Zion Crossroads office since they had an occupational therapist focused on hand rehab. Courtney Walker is a rock star. She is very attentive and informative.I was surprised at how much I learned from her in terms of what hand strengths I had lost how to exercise and protect it without trying to do too much too soon and what I should expect in terms of my timeline of healing and improved use. This is review is  unsolicited. Should anyone need their hand to quickly heal and return to full function in short order Courtney is it.  I was chainsawing these past two days taking care just 3 weeks post surgery. Thank you Courtney.  I am easily following all of your excellent instruction with great results

I was a patient at Spectrum from August of 2019 until February 2020. I had surgery for a torn ACL and Meniscus. The staff were all incredible Dr. Brittany Utz gave me individual attention and a treatment plan that was specific to my needs.i am grateful for such great treatment so close to my home I would add that they helped my husband at the same time...he had problems with his IT bands. They individualized his treatment plan and literally have him his life back We are both doing well and attribute our success to the treatment that Spectrum gave us I highly recommend the staff and the clean facility at Spectrum at Zion Crossroads

Spectrum Physical Therapy is the best place I have received therapy. The staff is friendly and my therapist Kim was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. She gave me great instructions and made sure I understood them. I would highly recommend Spectrum to anyone needing therapy.

Definitely recommend Spectrum Therapy at Zions Crossroads to help with your PT needs. Amanda is so competent and caring and she makes everything run smoothly in the office. She takes time with all patients and answers any questions that arise. I welcome my visits and already see improvement in just a few times there.
