He’s the worst i’ve ever seen. He looks at his computer the whole visit. He yells at you if your opinion differs from his.

I see Dr. Guajardo for many years. He truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Guajardo takes his time to listen to your concerns and does not leave a stone unturned regarding your health. He has excellent bedside manners, keeps track of your lab results and when your next labs are due. He always listens to concerns even if they may not relate to your visit. It shows and proofs he takes his patients mind, body, spirit, health and soul to his concern. He is an excellent doctor and person. His office manager is just as wonderful. You ca n call her with questions and concerns and always receive an answer back. She ensures Dr. Guajardo receives the messages. I had a hard time once with my old pharmacy and she even called them for me. How awesome! His staff are the sweetest people I've ever encountered. They are very friendly and always make sure your labs are sent. The receiving end may make an error and his staff immediately calls them and re-faxes paperwork so your health care can continue. The best family office I've ever encountered.

Dr. Guajardo is vindictive if you choose not to adhere to his advice. He waits until a disease process is full blown before telling you anything about it, so that he can “cure you” with prescriptions. He focuses the visit on his computer keyboard, and only considers things that affect how his computerized record will be affected. He does not look at the needs of the person, but rather feeds his ego.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Guajardo until recently. I was very pleased with Dr. Gujardo. He is caring, easy to talk to and listens to his patients. The office staff is friendly and welcoming, but overall, the office seems quite disorganized. The lab reports are at times not placed in the chart for upcoming visits. Questions for the manager go unanswered and when I do get a call from the manager, there is so much background noise ie. (crying from children) I can hardly understand what she is saying. Referrals are not made in a timely manner. The office recently dropped patients due to changes in insurance acceptance but did not proactively notify patients of the change. I think some organization and follow through is greatly needed.

We love Dr. Guajardo. He is thorough, caring, goes beyond what I would expect to explain why of certain things. He studied lab that I brought from another doctor and caught something nobody else had noticed. He is patient with my husband and myself. He is a jewel. His staff is nice. Perhaps the best part—he is a private individual doctor and doesn’t have to do the corporate hammer like most other places. It is obvious that he cares the most about healing you as a person, more than money.

Dr. Guajardo is the BEST doctor I have ever had! He actually listens to his patients, unlike many of the doctors I've encountered. He will go over each and every problem you have and help you find a solution to the problem. He will help you find affordable drugs for your treatment. He even talks with my other doctors to make sure every one is on the same page as to my treatment. His staff is friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Dr. Guajardo to anyone who is looking for a doctor.

I'm since 2 years a patient of Doctor Guajardo he is a very caring and knowledgeable Doctor.He always takes his time with each patient and listens to all your concerns. If you ever need a doctor who truly cares for your health and safety, Dr. Guajardo is the one to see. He listens, takes his time to understand all your concerns and needs. I have recommended several client's to him, and they all have chosen him as their primary as well. Very caring, compassionate and truly enjoys helping.

Never will I give them a chance again! Awful office manager, she is quit a complicated person to communicate with health issues and does not care about your concerns, the staff are really nice and the doctor is excellent but the office manager does not run this office smooth, it takes 2hrs to see the doctor, they cancel appointments on you and will not sign any paperwork. They request labs that cost a fortune and can't even find out the diagnoses. Been having symptoms for a while and nothing is being done!
