List of Clearchoicemd Urgent Care's Reviews
The receptionist was rude but the nurse and doctor were great
First, the positive: The staff have always been really friendly. We appreciate them. (Otherwise this would have been a single star review.) However, our experience this time was so frustrating I felt compelled to leave a review in hopes that they will improve their system. My daughter was recently very ill and ClearChoiceMD took 8 days to get our lab results. Our pediatrician (whom we would have seen had it not been a weekend) also recently ran the same test for another family through the very same lab, and it took only 2 days for preliminary results and 5 for the full results. With ClearChoice, we received no results for 8 days, which our pediatrician thought was ridiculous. Throughout the week+ of waiting I called in several times to see if the results had come in and I was on hold for excessive amounts of time. There is no way to directly call this clinic; the phone service is centralized so you have to wait to speak to an operator and then you have to wait again to get transferred to the correct clinic -- only to leave a message. I left several messages that no one ever responded to; I didn't receive a call back until day 8. ClearChoice has some work to do on improving their communication systems.
Misdiagnosed, given the wrong meds. Then told to stop those and take others. Blood draw didn't work and the male doctor wanted a Nobel peace prize for being a decent human being in the face of my harrowing story of why I was there. When I thanked him for being respectful he got starry-eyed and flirty. Wow. Way to totally destroy that. And then misdiagnosed me etc. What an idiot.
I have had wonderful experiences at urgent care. The receptionist is so friendly and sweet and the drs and nurses are amazing. I was felt so comfortable and felt like I was listened too and you can tell they care about the patients
Great place to go for help!
Very nice! Very cool!
I work in a K-2 school with little wee beasties that often times, feels like I work in a Petri dish.

I finally succumbed to all the crud going around. I'd thankfully had the flu vaccine, but still got very sick in the last 24 hours and decided to go to urgent care today. As there's no longer a one in my town, I drive to Berlin. This center opens an hour earlier than the UVM one, which was great because I didn't want to sit around in my car after being up all night waiting to be seen.

You fill out the paperwork and scan your IDs via your phone (text message) when you arrive. Then they text you to come in.

I was see swiftly by a very friendly patient assistant, who took my vitals and had me take a flu and strep test, based on my symptoms (I'd had a neg Covid at home).

Then the doctor came in. He was so nice!! A very sweet gentleman who asked me some questions, checked me out before the results came back as influenza strain B.

I'm glad I went. They do have a virtual option, but I was sure I had strep or the flu and wanted to be sure.

Will be a long weekend at home, resting.

They also do tests for work and school with reasonable fees if you didn't have insurance. My insurance thankfully paid for the visit.

Really nice facility. I'd come here again.

I really enjoyed this clinic and the (real) personal people there
The staff at ClearChoiceMD are so kind and supportive! Shout out to Shilpa & Dr. Pat and their team, as well as the front receptionist Heidi, for their care at my last visit. They really made a difference in my experience! Definitely the urgent care to go to - fast, effective, and organized very well for the safety of staff and patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
