Over the years, I've seen he cares—about all his patients. Skilled, gentle, personable. Through many yearly exams, a few potential emergencies, and 2 cataract surgeries. As to the wait time, of course it varies. But shorter than many Dr. offices—with a good varied magazine supply.

Dr. Austin has been caring for an important part of my body for several years - my eyes! As I age and have concerns over potential eye impairment, Dr. Austin has provided quality care and examination. Each time I have met with him there has been a kind and gentle approach given to each session which parallels the old school doctor feel and touch.

Dr. Austin is very competent and a truly nice person. The person who answers the phone is not so nice - irratable and impatient. I really wish someone would talk to her about her manner. It's been consistent over the years.

I was suffering from a painful and bloodshot eye. Urgent care could find nothing and sent me home with eye drops..My eye did not improve and several days later I called Dr. Austin's office. Two hours later Dr. Austin removed a hidden eyelash from the corner of my eye. The pain was instantly gone. I cannot overstate how appreciative I am of Dr. Austin's courteous and sympathetic and competent service. Thank you, Doug Rchmond
