Went their seeking mental help one day after 1hr they brought me in sat me down and talked for 30 min once conversation was over they said we will contact some therapist for u you'll get a call within 3 days 5 days later no call still after 7 days got a bill for a $1000 for little to no help not a helpful hospital

I showed up at the hospital Christmas day with my service dogs and my power chair and wanted to plug in an outlet just outside the emergency room and get warmed up I was cold I was told that I could not and that they wanted me to leave the property so they would rather have me stranded in the cold with two service dogs in my power chair where's the compassion that Brattleboro Hospital has are supposed to have that hospital is a disgrace to our community and I am disgusted with the way that I was treated clean sober and causing nobody any problems just needed a little bit of compassion and 30 minutes worth of plug-in on my power chair to make it home safely when they asked me to leave I said I don't think so I took a stand and said I'm not leaving I was able to charge my power chair without any problems but I am disgusted with this Hospital you are a disgrace to our community

My dad is dying in one of their rooms and they kicked me out for no reason my rights have been vialted in a sacred process! No respect for my rights or law. They also told me I could not record his last memory's, Or record for my safety!! Patient Bill of Rights, only to be absolutely abused into thos who set the narrative! An I quote off of the patient Bill of Rights" to have guardians, reciprocal beneficiaries, immediate family members, or designated person(s) stay with you 24 hours a day if you are terminallill or a child"! They force me to leave an my family has no respect of my wishes an they are also in the wrong I was thier for my dying dad! I'm also permanently disabled and this is how I get treated!

Horrible hospital

We have been to the ER twice since moving into the area. Both visits were very professional. Wait time minimal, very caring, and thorough. Staff was wonderful.

Wanted to say thank you again to Nikki Boggs and Murphy for taken such good care of my daughter while she was dealing with an infection with their care! You were both amazing and did such a wonderful job helping us and helping my daughter feel safe and easing her worries during the time we were there. Thank you so much, it was a much better experience than past times we have been to the ER department. Great work, very thorough and friendly!
