Showed up at 6:45, an hour and a quarter prior to closing time. I walked in with an adult (I'm a minor.) Requested an examination on my right toe (cannot be bent, and appears to be infected), to which the receptionist informs me that I cannot be seen due to a lack of capacity within the facility. And I was referred to an ER, or I could be seen the next day. I was visibly in pain and limping, wonderful service.

I've had work done there in the past, which went well and I was happy with. However, the fact that you are essentially gambling with your money on whether or not they will be able to provide service to your issue is immoral. I would have to pay $135, (as does everyone), wait ~2 hrs in the parking lot to be seen, and if they decide that my reason for visiting was outside of their wheelhouse, I would leave without service and without a refund, which is pretty dumb. Especially when we all can be forthright with our reason for coming in over the phone or with the receptionist, and still can't get a "yep we can fix that!" or "nope, sorry, try somewhere else."

On my visit on May 20th I had to pay 75.00$ because I do not have a co pay. This is a new policy. I think this is wrong.

I waited 2 hours in my car observing numerous people coming and going and left in exasperation not knowing if they would even get to me by closing time. All I probably needed was a shot of antibiotic and prescription for a minor infection in my hand.

I came there looking for help with my face I needed it lanced and drained and I was told we don't do that here I paid 150 bucks so I could be seen and she did nothing to help with my pain. You guys got the name of the the doc I don't I'm very aggravated and will not recommend this place because of this doctor she was very rude 😒

Had full coverage insurance they just sent all my information over to collections without even trying to bill insurance or me for that matter. Someone there is to lazy or incompetent to do thier job, so instead they just send out to collections... My clear choice will be to just suffer next time. Declined service due to outstanding balance which was thier fault for not doing thier job.
