In 2012 I saw Dr Irwin for a shadow that appeared in my kidney. MRI. I can not fully express my appreciation for how my well being was cared for during a frightening time. I asked the man so many questions. His answers were articulate and understandable. His education background speaks good things about him. He proved his skill. I received calm reassurance and received referrals to other skilled specialists from him. Thank you Dr Irwin. My health is much improved. I can’t believe it was 10 years ago!

Didn't bother getting back to me after problematic imaging test for any recommendations. Didn't properly address a call I made to the office. Generally unsympathetic when I was in distress and curt manner.

I credit Dr. Irwin with saving my husbands life. We met with him for a 2nd opinion and he ordered a re-read of the biopsy that upgraded the Gleason score, and also ordered genome testing that showed intermediate aggressiveness. The initial urologist said 'watch and wait, see you in a year'. If we had listened to him, it might have been too late. Dr. Irwin exudes confidence and professionalism and we have confidence that my husband is in good hands as we kick cancer's butt!

I switched from Urology Associates in Plattsburgh and am very happy with all aspects of Dr. Irwin. He did surgery on my bladder and everything went excellent, even had no pain after surgery.
