I recently had a Total Thyroidectomy with Dr. Silverman. What a wonderful surgeon! He was willing to answer any questions that I had and explained everything to me before the surgery so I felt very comfortable in his care. There were some minor complications during the procedure but I feel so much better since I've had it done. I would highly recommend Dr. Silverman to anyone. His office staff were very kind and compassionate as well.

I would highly recommend Dr Silverman. He is a very honest and thorough Dr with much compassion! I was diagnosed with tonsil cancel and he was fantastic in my care before, during and after my surgery! I has 24 lymph nodes removed and to date I am cancer free. Thank you to Dr. Silverman! 🙋🏻‍♀️

Dr. Silverman removed a benign cyst from my vocal cords in late 2012. The recovery did not go as planned, and he referred me to speech therapy on multiple occasions saying that he saw nothing structurally wrong with my vocal cords. After the therapy did no good, I sought a second opinion at Dartmouth. The ENT there saw excessive scarring and referred me to a vocal cord repair specialist in Boston. That specialist confirmed the scarring and showed me where the vocal cords had flattened out. I've had to have several rounds of steroid injections in Boston to get my vocal cords to a point where I can speak clearly. And since those injections are not a cure, there will be several rounds in the future.

Dr Silverman is such an amazing surgeon. He is very knowledgeable about his field and always is willing to answer any question his patients may have.

Dr. Silverman saw me for an emergency visit. After not being able to resolve the issue, I was told to wait 4 days and come back. I can't hear well out of my right ear. He said "Well, you can still hear out of your other ear". No sympathy, no compassion. AVOID at all costs. I will go back, because I have to have this issue resolved, but will be seen by someone else. Someone who has empathy, and professionalism. I have already contacted the Patient Advocacy Group, but I am not confident this arrogant behavior will be changed.

Doctor Silverman was wonderful. His staff, not! My husband had a 1:30 appointment. We come from Waddington, NY...3 1/2 hours away. We ran into some delays along the way. So, we got behind. We were 24 miles from the doctor's at 1:15. So, I called the office to tell them we'd be late and was told that they'd have to cancel our appointment and reschedule it. After we had driven all that way!!! How many times have we sat and waited for the doctor??? AND, how many people are considerate enough to call to say they will be late?? I have fibromyalgia and degenerative disc disease, so traveling is rough for me. Harry will not be going back there. Thank you Cora for you lack of consideration.

I had a thyroidectomy and neck dissection from thyroid cancer. Dr. Silverman was excellent, he explained everything to me in full detail. I had a very good surgery experience. And he and his staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs his services.

Listens well, genuinely cared. Never feel rushed out of the office. Excellent surgery experience.

Doesn't listen to his patients needs. Dismmisses any worries patient may have for a procedure. Rude
