I was so fortunate to have Dr. Hirashima perform my quad bypass. As soon as I met her and she described her approach, her team, her plans for repairing my artery issues, I was completely at ease. Of course I don't know how smoothly the surgery went but my recovery was "textbook". The nursing and care team at UVM Medical and specifically the Miller Building are exemplary in their knowledge and attentiveness. I have no experience with hospitalization but I can't see how I could have been any more comfortable and safe. Thank you again Dr. Hirashima! 🙏
