Vermont Karla Martinez Fulmer, MD and nurse, after waiting to get appointment during this pandemic, for required paperwork was mailed unsigned to Housing Authority unsigned. Missed deadline. I got an extension but was stressful to almost loose housing certificate. Doesn't discuss( avoids )seriousness of Degenerative bone and Sciatica pain. Her, Major concern is diabetes. I feel unheard after appointments.
