They had a receptionist named Candace who would lie at Givens and say the docs will take care of you. He's the Best. He listens, sypmpathizes, cares and knows what he's doing. I felt very safe during my 9 day hospital stay having Dr Pasanen looking after me, he has a good sense of humor. I feel safe and secure at home knowing that Dr Pasanen will be at the hospital for me the next time this happens.
