I had to have surgery for metastatic thyroid cancer, and was fortunate to have Dr. Brundage treat me. My ENT where I live, Dr. Chater, strongly recommended Dr. Brundage and I'm glad he did. The surgery went well and the scar is healing nicely. He will be doing my follow up scans and has my full confidence. As a doctor he's friendly, easy going and knowledgeable, and explains things clearly. There's a reason so many people around here say he's the best.

I was seen for thyroid cancer requiring a skilled surgeon because of the involvement with the neck. I requested not to have a resident during the consult because Dr. Brundage works with the residents who assist him with surgery . He then brought out a consent for me to sign because my surgery required an assistant. When I asked who the assistant would be, he said one of his colleagues ( not a resident). After my complicated surgery turned out bad, as in severing the blood supply to my parathyroids and nicking one of my jugular veins during surgery requiring repair, I decided to request my records to see who did my surgery and it was a resident, against my consent. Dr. Brundage is a dishonest physician..You should know who is doing your surgery, be cautious when this physician is involved.
