The best doctor I have ever had. She's an absolute delight to have as a physician, she is always there for you as a patient she really listens to you an your concerns and issues as a person and not just a file.

Dr. Jacobs was the best doctor I've had. She was always right-on with diagnosis and treatment; I felt comfortable talking to her. However, I was unable to get an appointment, her schedule was booked months in advance. Now, I see any doctor/NP that is available.

Dr. Jacobs is a great doctor but her availability is poor. I had my appointment I made 6 months ago cancelled by the practice and the next available appointment was not for two and a half months later. This is really unacceptable as a practice.
