I had severe pain in my ear for 10 days and it had gotten so bad that I was unable to drive myself to the Colchester Urgent Care location. I had been prescribed some ear drops by the previous physician I had seen 4 days earlier that had not worked. Dr Reback prescribed a different medicine, which was usually prescribed for eye infections, and after one use I was almost pain free overnight. I am impressed and grateful to her.

Dr. Reback treated me for Lyme disease. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed my condition. Furthermore, she followed up with two phone calls to give me my test results and check on my progress. I am extremely grateful for the treatment she provided.

Very dismissive and disrespectful, I she talked with the resident about me instead of talking directly to me the patient! Didn’t seem very interested in my care.

I went to the walk in clinic today and was seen by an intern/resident who then went to get her to run everything by her. She walked in the room snd didn’t introduce herself then proceeded to discuss my symptoms and her opinions with the resident without directing herself to me, the patient! Extremely rude! Couldn’t be bothered to extend courtesy to a paying patient!
