Really wasn’t impressed with how unprepared the office was. I drove over two hours for nothing essentially. The doctor was rude and I walked out of the room to her discussing my situation loudly enough for others to hear her in the waiting room. I don’t think making comments about the documentation I brought in to support my case being insufficient is something to converse over when I had yet to even leave, nothing was said to me, and others can hear you in the waiting room. Also was not given the correct information MONTHS ago when I booked my consultation which is a huge reason why my trip, the measly 20 minutes I got with the doctor, and the $150 consult was a complete waste. Will not be returning or recommending.

Dr. Maclennan is a kind professional plastic surgeon. I had a procedure on October 12. When I went into the surgery room ,I saw a smile on her face and I knew I was going to be ok. The results are amazing. Thank you Dr. Maclennan. to all her staff and the surgery center, thank you.

Wonderful plastic surgery office. The staff is very nice. Appointment was right on time. I look forward to seeing the results.

I would call her a medical sculptor and a great surgeon..she listens well, I had a breast reduction and the results were just as I imagined

Dr. Maclennan and her staff are wonderful. They are welcoming, warm, supportive, responsive, and professional. Dr. Maclennan understood exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier with my results. I highly recommend this provider.

As far as reconstructive surgery DO NOT TRUST Dr. MacLennan!!!! She neglected to use post surgery drains which caused multiple issues which she refused to address. I had to see and pay my oncologist over 15 times so she could drain the affected area with a needle. My body was so overwhelmed and toxic my body rejected the implants. I suffered from headaches, fatigue, back pain and had no strength to exercise. After a year and a half I finally found a doctor to remove the implants. To make matters worse Dr. MacLennan dismissed my concerns and shortly after moved out of the country to Canada. Please do your own research prior to your procedure and do not trust this doctor with your well being! She deserves NO stars for a rating.

I saw dr MacLennan for a b——- augmentation (for some reason, this review is not allowing me to type out the full word). I had tuberous b——-s and had been researching the procedure for years. I am so happy with the results, and would highly recommend her!!

One year ago I paid to have a breast augmentation consult with Dr. MacLennan. I, like 1 in 20 women, was born with a condition called tuberous breasts and I wanted the shape corrected. I was surprised when Dr. MacLennan told me she had never seen breasts like mine before (despite it being fairly common) and she would need to ask colleagues how to do the surgery. She promised she would get back to me with more information....she never did. The experience made me even more self-conscious of my breasts. Luckily, I found an amazing surgeon in the Albany, NY area who confirmed my condition was common and that correcting the shape would be a straight forward surgery. The cost was 1/3 of what I was quoted by Dr. MacLennan's office and my surgery was scheduled within 2 months. I am now 8 months post-op and couldn't be happier with the results!!!
