I am very happy with Dr. Michl and his staff. They do comprehensive medical testing and take the time to discuss the results. They are proactive about providing health care and wellness options.

Dr. Michl heads up a clean and organized medical operation. His staff is pleasant, helpful and responsive. Dr. Michl is reliable and knowledgeable about my issues and recommends pertinent reading material. He is kind, and listens to my concerns and responds to my question. Dr. Michl is a tremendous asset in our community.

Dr. Michl is an outstanding physician, who shows great concern and real interest in all his patients. He takes the time to carefully explain options and to find the best solution for you. He's very good at thinking ahead and how to prevent and/or deal with issues that may occur in the future. His staff is also A+. They've all been there many years and provide the very best in patient care.

I had a nice call with an admin from this practice. I was told I was being placed onto a wait list. About a month later (today) I called back to see what progress was being made. On this call I was kindly told I was misinformed and there is/was no wait list. The original call discussed how some changes were being made to the appointment schedule and that those changes would open up new patient acceptance. I am now still seeking quality care. I dislike posting something that is not supportive of this group because I did and still seek care from this team. Unfortunately, if I do not share my experience, someone else may encounter a similar situation. I’m sure Dr. Michl is amazing and this is not intended to harm. Just to highlight a specific situation the practice may be able to learn from. Thank you.

I'm one of those individuals who don't enjoy going to a doctor and I avoid medication like the plague. A friend mentioned Dr. Michl to me 5 or 6 years ago and I went to chat with him. My son and I have been patients ever since. Dr. Michl totally has my trust and confidence. He listens to me and understands my general hesitancy towards doctors and medication but that doesn't put him off doing his best for us. My son has a psychiatrist and I also use a naturopath and Dr. Michl accepts and works with all of the suggestions from these medical professionals. My son is in his 30's and is mentally ill. Dr. Michl treats my son with the utmost care, attention and respect. We could not have found a more gentle, caring, respectful and clever doctor.

I agree with all of the positive statements in the summary of the 2019 survey. However, I substantially disagree with the " needs improvement" items. I find each member of Dr. Michl's staff to be highly competent in their respective areas. Not only are they already well trained, each person continues to seek out and receive continuing professional education both broadening and deepening their individual skills. As to the comfort of the waiting room, I find it to be aesthetically pleasing as well as very comfortable, with a variety of seating options accommodating different patients' physical needs. A rocking chair would be a welcome addition.
