List of Donna Miller's Reviews
Very poor service. Has her mom who is in her 70s as her receptionist. Misdiagnosed a very serious and obvious illness. Had to go to the ER the same day to be diagnosed with the right illness. She never apologized or acknowledged not being able to diagnose this. She also was never involved in the treatment plan and failed to be a medical home as a pediatrician.
Dr. Miller is outstanding. She is a wonderful pediatrician and we are lucky to have her in our area.
She is a pediatrician that regurgitates info like you’re the 30th person she told that day. And we are in a PANDEMIC and they don’t BELIEVE in mask wearing. I was the *only* person at my babies appt wearing a mask. We left that practice. Denying science is ridiculous, especially when you’ve studied it. I cannot trust her with my sons health.
I have been going to dr.miller for over 15 years and there’s a new receptionist and my two children now that I wanted to see her has lied twice about scheduling times. There wasn’t anyone in the office and she wouldn’t even ask dr.miller to see them. I had never had an issue seeing her on short notice until this new receptionist started. It’s a shame that after 15 years or more of coming to dr.miller ...
I had a hard time liking this practice. I brought my newborn here and now at 15 months we’re ready to leave. Don’t get me wrong, Dr. Miller was fine. Her appts seemed to be regurgitated information, but I can see redundancy being the culprit. One downfall is the one tiny waiting room. I am used to waiting rooms with sick & well sides. But what sent me looking for a other provider was that at his has last appt, when we are in the middle of this pandemic, not a single MEDICAL STAFF or reception or the doctor wore a mask. I was in complete shock they didn’t want to protect their patients. We will not be back.
It's unfortunate that Dr. Miller is so great but her receptionist is extremely rude! I don't know anyone who has said anything nice about her. She cuts you off, is sarcastic and hangs up the phone while you are still talking . Unfortunately we will be switching doctors.
I have been bringing my kids to Dr. Miller for 17 years. I love her as a pediatrician. She is great and my kids love her. I enjoy everyone on her staff. The nurses are friendly and knowledgeable and Dee who take appointments is a lovely woman. I followed her from Bennington to Manchester and would follow her again if she chose to relocate.
The nurse practitioner was great. But the staff was rude, and that's enough for me to look for another Dr. I don't need to be talked down to when I have questions and made to feel like I was a bother.
Dr. Miller is by far THE very best pediatrician we've ever had and we've consulted with several pediatricians in different states! She's not only incredibly knowledgeable and smart but also very kind, personable and professional! From the moment you walk through the front doors you will be impressed! Her exam rooms are each decorated in a different theme, including a jungle, ocean, etc. We're very lucky to have her in our community and I have highly recommended her many times.
Dr Miller is a good Dr. My kids really like her, one big problem and it has nothing to do with her but Dee the lady at the front desk, Wow is she rude, mean, and condescending ! I dread calling because I know she will answer! I'm not sure if Dr Miller is aware of how rude she is or not, but she needs to go!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
