Dr. Perez has been my urologist for over 20 years, having treated me for several kidney stone issues, among other medical problems. Her work has ALWAYS been first rate and she's as nice a person as you'd ever care to meet.

I have been a patient of Dr. Perez for just about every year she's been in practice. And I can't say enough good things about here and David, as they keep my body free of kidney stones and related issues.

I have had two experiences with Dr. Perez, both poor. Most recently, I had an issue that Perez helped diagnose. I also got a second opinion. The latter opinion from a highly regarded urologist identified a key issue that Perez had missed and indicated it needed to be taken care of. Perez was clearly annoyed I had sought a second opinion and did not like being upstaged by a peer. She was downright hostile and nasty. Stay away from this doctor. Go to one of the urologists in Burlington

Dr.Perez has operated on me several times after another doctor messed me up. I still see her for on going issues and she is always on top of things. She is worth the trip to where she practices. Love her

This is a urologist that does not treat patients with PBS/IC. No concern for patient pain level or welfare. Rude, dishonest, and not recommended.

Dr. Perez received poor reviews during her time in St. Albans. She has always treated me poorly, hanging up the phone on me, refusing to treat my chronic, severe bladder pain, despite the fact that she has provided appropriate treatments for other patients with the same symptoms in the past. She insulted me and did not even provide appropriate first line treatment for my condition. She had her office manager and assistant talk to me instead of talking to me herself, and they also declined to provide adequate treatment or acknowledge the severity of my pain. She ended up referring me to another local urologist. She is one of the worst doctors I have ever met.

It is delightful when you encounter a physician who has both an excellent "bedside" manner and excellent knowledge in their area of expertise. Having a Doctor really listen to you and be responsive to your needs seems to be a rare occurrence, but Dr. Perez was incredibly attentive and informative, sensitive and empathetic. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
