Dr Kiely is a phenomenal physician with a great bedside manner and a penchant for telling it like it is when your personal habits contribute to your health issues. He orders tests only when indicated, and discusses treatment options before reaching for the prescription pad. I really feel like part of the team in my own care!His staff, however, is pretty much the Hollywood paradigm of surly gatekeepers. I sense a lot of warmth in him, but very little from the staff who greet me with poor eye contact and generally silence.
