List of Ruth Crose's Reviews
The Health Center has recently hired Dr. Melissa Marotta Houser - she is one of the most incompetent and inept doctors I've ever met in my life. She is also a consummate liar. She will lie to her patients and about her patients, even to the point of altering appointment notes without patient knowledge. If she is your doctor, get as far away as you can because you are NOT safe with her.
Dr. Crose was the attending doctor for my elderly parent in the hospital. She did would not listen to anything from his home primary caregiver. With ZERO knowledge of him (she was not his PCP), she gave a vague assessment and it was echoed down by the staff. Later he was HEAVILY drugged to allow transfer. Tests were not run and symptoms missed. Yet another doctor who likes the superiority of their own title and cares not for any question of authority. Doesn't listen or respect family.
The Doctor is quite thorough and takes the time to explain the issues. She is understanding of the differences (and quirks) in her patients and has a good manner with patients. While I am not a great fan of the medical world I am at the age where I need to pay more attention to my health. I am glad I have Dr. Crose as my primary physician.
very poor diagnostition, does not listen to patient.
Likes to prescribe welbutrin for most everything

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
