Dr. Allan refused to take a helpless patient that he had promised to visit at a board and care. A refusal to treat would have been acceptable. However, after 30 calls to the office over a three week period with many messages given to him, I was finally told by his assistant that Dr. Allan was not going to accept the patient. Heartless and uncaring!

Dr. Allen is a kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable physician. He was my mother's doctor and now is mine.

Dr. Allan is my favorite doctor I've had in my life of 80 yrs. I first met him in the late 90's when he was my mom's doctor. He makes himself so available, in office or phone. I've referred 3 people to him, all have been very happy too. Also the office is very friendly and seems very organized. You might have to wait a bit, but when you get into the room, Dr. Allan gives you full attention and never rushes you. His partner, Dr, Patel is very good, too!

I am an active senior with a few chronic issues that require attention. I am actually a patient of Dr Avan Patel in the same office but Dr. Allan fills in for her when she is not available. I've always found him to be attentive and actually concerned about whatever my current problem is! That's good to find!

Dr Allen visit with my 80 year old husband as patient who had refused doctor visit until now was fulfilled with a good success. Dr Allen is excellent with old folks. I recommend his experienced, skill and intuitive manner. The office is a personal and skillfully operated environment. You are in good hands with Dr Jeffrey Allen.

I have been a patient of Dr. Allen for the past six years. He is always very attentive and listens to my questions and concerns. He genuinely cares about his patients and communicates with me in a respectful manner. His knowledge of general medicine for elderly patients is evident. Also, his office is organized and they manage their time well.

Dr. Jeffrey Allan has been my Primary Care Physician since we moved to Leisure Village, Camarillo in 2006. I am highly confident of his abilities and dedication. He is always willing to listen. I appreciate that he specializes in the elderly like me - 86. I thoroughly believe his good care is why I am enjoying a long, healthy life.

I have been a patient for many years. The office and Dr's are very good. Very friendly and they take very good care of me.

Current patient if Dr. Allan. Average wait time in office is one hour. Staff fails to call in prescriptions. I have had to call the office back numerous times to get them to call in prescriptions. Horrible service. They really don't care.

Dr. Allan is an excellent physician. Dr. Allan's understanding of the science behind medical care is first rate. He continually updates his knowledge through journals, training seminars and proffessional meetings. Dr. Allan always considers a patient's current ailment alongside the patients age, physical condition, etc. He has an intuitive way of assessing the crux of a patient's current problem that draws from decades of successful medical practice. r/ Ralph Alexander
