Any visit to Clear Choice ends up with a satisfactory result. All the staff are friendly and helpful. My primary physician is in Castleton and Clear Choice is so convenient for quick service.

I woke up one morning with the right side of my face swollen from an abscess tooth & unable to get into dentist immediately. I called ahead to be sure they would be able to treat me accordingly, I just needed some antibiotics. The woman who answered the phone assured me they could help. I saved my spot in line & arrived right at my time. Being able to do my paperwork from home made this check in process super fast. I only waited a couple minutes before I was called back. The nurse asked what brought me in & after showing her my swollen face she streamlined the process. The nurse practitioner I saw called in a prescription of antibiotics to the pharmacy before she even came in to see me & already had my discharge paperwork ready as there was no denying the abscess or it’s severity. She told me to come back if there was any change in condition. They were all so kind & caring from start to finish. Had me in & out in approximately 20 minutes. I was at the pharmacy longer waiting to pick up the antibiotics. Was my first experience with them & was absolutely fantastic. Even the bill wasn’t as bad as I expected being uninsured at the moment.

They are lots of recommendations here but not all are legitimate, I will say it's the grace of God I was able to come across Murphy Sherry . Friendly staff and fast service with little wait time

Great experience, no complaints!! Friendly environment, I was in and out in a timely manner, didn’t have to wait at all. I will definitely go back again.

People usually go to the dr because they are sick or in pain. I waisted my timecalling them to see if i could be seen… i get there then she says that i need to pay 140.00 just to be seen , they wouldnt even look at my insurance.. im like ok go ahead wait another 45 minutes, then told i need to pay that plus a previous balance.. like im in pain and need help, 3 other people walked out as i was there.. they may want to get their crap together. I don’t particularly like waisting my time!!!! I hate going to drs or anything because of the huge waist of time , but i actually wanted, needed help and they wouldnt work with me. I guess ill suffer and goto Ny and waist more time but at least get taken care of!!
