DR. GRAVES AND HER NURSE ARE BOTH VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SO NICE AND CARING ABOUT YOUR CONCERNS. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO A PHYSICIAN IN THE PLANO AREA AND AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND A PHYSICIAN THAT IS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE TYLER AREA.

Dr. Graves actually listn Ed to my medical history of chronic pain for the past three years coming from California. Dr. Graves asked it if I was ever tested for Zoster Shingles. I'm like no? So with one simple blood test and I finally have physical evidence that I did have an active blood case of shingles. Dr. Graves nurses return calls not by end of day but sometimes within 5-30 minutes! Fabulous service! Friendly front counter staff! Thank You!

She didn't consult me on anything just order test after test I didn't think necessary still had to meet deductible and not concerned I had to pay for just be careful

In my opinion, Dr. Graves-Austin does not have very good interpersonal skills.

Found Dr. And staff to be very caring and referrals, paperwork, test results handled promptly.

I have gone to Dr. Graves - Austin for many years. I agree with some of the comments ....Misty is a little slow and lacks compassion in some cases. But Dr. Graves has always listen to me which is a trait hard to find in a doctor. As for running test....She will try everything possible to get to the bottom of the problem. Good doctors are just really hard to find and I think Dr. Graves is one of the better ones I have gone to.
