I have been a patient of Dr. Grambling over the course of many years. He is my primary doctor who happens to have many talents, including treating mental health problems (depression, anxiety, mania, insomnia, etc.) As I age my medical and mental health needs have changed. Dr. Grambling has taken the extra step with seeing me at the end of his busy day for emergency care and for a longer appointment, ...
Amazing, competent, & caring physician. Takes the time to get to know the patient and turns away from the Electronic Chart for his one on one engagement with me. Pays attention to my input and collaboratively offers his perspective and vast knowledge for optimal care. Amazing human being.
I was very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Gramling. He listens and spends the time needed for accurate diagnosis and recommendations. If I ever move back to Vermont, I will ask to be his patient.

Dr. Gramling is a very kind and patient soul. He helped me when I suffered from mental health issues and severe depression. He made himself available when I had nobody and he isn't even my pcp. He takes his time with his patients which is very rare these days. One time he ran late and apologized for the delay because he had some patients who needed extra care that day, and I remember feeling like that shows he's a very trustworthy doctor who cares about your health and wellbeing.
I have been a patient of his for over 5 years and he recently refused to see me! Patient Abandonment is NOT OK!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
