I have been suffering from agonizing pelvic pain for over two months. Its constant. I have been to the doctors office 5 times. Finally got a referral to urogyno she advices larascopic surgery. I see Laura from follow up pain managment since shes my pcp. Waited over a month to see her, I didnt want to see yet another doctor. My pain has caused me to lose a job and quit college and Im on the verge of losing my second job. I explain I am at my wits end with the pain. The pain is crippling me affecting my daily life. What does she say that I have depression and perscibes me lexapro? I wouldnt be so depressed if I wasnt in so much pain. PAIN is my issue not depression. Doctors are out for one thing and thats to get there paycheck.
