MIchael Blankstein's Online Review Report Card

I could barely walk when I went to see Dr. Blankstein and he fixed my hip so that I have my life back now. I think that my hip was wrecked and a difficult surgery complicated more since I also have a bad back. But he fixed my hip and it is doing great! He rearranged his schedule so that I could have my surgery first thing in the morning and go home that day because I have a little phobia of hospitals and doctors. And I will never forget that I almost was not able to leave because I had some swelling and he and his associate left their pre surgery routine for someone else to make sure that I could leave. I will always appreciate that. So if you are on the fence about trusting your hip or knee to Dr. Blankstein, please know that he will do everything that he can to fix it, he did for me. Thank you Dr. Blankstein!

I want to thank Dr. Blankstein and his nurse Tammy for answering all my questions and for doing such a great total hip replacement on me Sept 12 2022. Hip replacement was the best thing I ever did at age 79. Was walking up stairs the day after surgery. Ditched the cane after a few days. I started walking 2 miles a day 4 months after surgery and have never felt like I had anything other than my own hip. I recommend Dr. Blankstein to one and all. A very positive experience.

Had a total knee replacement in June 2022. Only regret I have is waiting so long. My surgery was virtually pain free ,took pain meds for only 2 days and could have gone without.If your having doubts about the procedure rest assured things have changed over the years and Dr. Blankstein and his staff at Tilley drive are the best.

Total professional! Great rapport with me during my total hip replacement. Three months out, pain is gone, mobility has returned and lots of previously restricted activities are now back in the mix. Just do it...!!!

Couldn't be happier with the results from my Spring 2021 robotic knee replacement. I found Dr. Blankstein to be very informative relative to the procedure, anticipated results, recovery timelines and expectations. His staff, in particular Tamara, were GREAT with follow up and answering any and all questions in the weeks following surgery. One year later I feel that I have full function of my knee and I am back to walking up and down hills (2-4 miles without difficulty) and as much as 8 miles with a stop to rest at 4). I do use trek sticks just for the added stability on those hills. Feeling pretty spry for a 70 y.o. woman. I highly recommend Dr. Blankstein.

My visits with Dr. Blankstein have always been the upmost pleasurable, professional, and informative. Dr. Blankstein has nice sense of humor and a very caring approach. He and his staff have taken very good care of me with having both hips replaced within 6 months time. I'm doing great but will say "I'll miss seeing Dr. Blankstein between now and my 12 month checkup!" Great guy~

Dr Blankstein is so kind and informative. He cares about your care. I am so glad I changed doctors. I would recommend him 100 percent. I walked out of my visit with more information than I’ve ever gotten from my prior doctor.
