List of Paul G. Boerman's Reviews
I selected Dr. Boerman to do my dental implant based on a recommendation from my dentist. Dr. Boerman and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Prior to my consultation, I was asked to go online and fill out their questionnarie. I found this to be very helpful to do this prior to the visit. Upon arriving for my consultation, I was greeted by the receptionist and the nursing staff who were extremely friendly. Dr. Boerman explained what I could expect before and after the procedure. He listened and answered all of my questions and did not rush through the consultation. The day of my procedure, I was greeted by the receptionist and nursing staff with the same professional and caring nature. Dr. Boerman performed the implant procedure exactly how he had explained it to me. He took great care to ensure that I had no discomfort during the procedure. Dr. Boerman explained my follow-up care to me in detail and the outcome of my procedure was a successful implant. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Dr. Boerman. Five stars all the way!! Thank you for the care you provided me!!
500 dollars traveled one way 2.5 hours for my husband to be told to leave the waiting room which is huge only two other people in the waiting area. Had zero customer service skills for 500 dollars sorry never ever will go back or ever recommend ithem to anyone.
Great with children.
Had complications following a wisdom tooth removal done elsewhere and dr Boerman was attentive and addressed all my concerns and acted quickly in a situation that could’ve been very serious if left untreated. I am so grateful for this office!
I find it very strange to see the recent negative reviews. I have been to Mr. Boerman’s office recently and based on my circumstances, I would say I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I have some advice for the negative reviewers here: It is clear both of you have a hard time hearing the the word “no”. When a DDS says you have trauma, and they cannot assist you, it is because they are not a trauma surgeon. If the DDS broke their code of ethics and did what you wanted , and something went wrong - the DDS could lose their license , and you could sue them . Is that what you want ? In terms of the mom complaining about her son’s appointment: your story lacks critical facts that would help your claims make any sense . Your son is an adult. You are simply trying to cut corners to save on dental services and it is completely obvious. You resort to public shaming - it doesn’t change the facts . I deal with people like you every day in my line of work, and I will say as a private business- you can be refused service at anytime for any reason. If I had to deal with you, I would tell you to grow up, then I would kick you out of my office and tell you never to come back . Kelly is a doll . I have observed her hospitality and I know from my own experience, she is a true professional. The next time you want to publicly shame someone - make sure to bring the facts . Something tells me you would never say this to them directly.
We have seen Dr Boerman in the past with no issues. Until last week! When calling about my son's appointment I explained to KELLY that my son was visiting me out of state 18hrs away for the holiday. I wanted to see about pushing out his appointment so he could stay longer. Not only was she RUDE but disrespectful and degrading. Kelly also knew the reason my son was going in. Well my son drove 18hrs yesterday to get home in time for his 2:00 appointment. Upon arriving he was told his insurance would not cover the work!!! Keep in mind KELLY knew this and did not tell me !! So my son drove for nothing and he could of stayed longer instead of rushing home through a snow storm and sleet. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever worked with. I would not recommend going to them. Also when Dr Boerman walked in the room he said to my son you are old enough now to see an adult Dentist!! WTH this is dental work that started when he was a teenager and during covid.
It’s quite disheartening when you read good reviews about a Dentist (Or a Dr for that matter) who you personally had nothing but a complete disrespectful & unethical experience with !I’ll explain, so it won’t happen again to some poor sole who’s suffering like I was ! So, after being “referred”to Dr. Boerman, he had me fill out ALL their lengthy forms, including their LENGTHY COVID forms, and then I had to speak w/his assistant for a good 25-mins on the phone discussing my dental plan & what they offer, etc. Then she scheduled me 3-weeks out to have a molar (A Wisdom tooth that was broken & very painful ! ) that was destroyed in an accident, removed. Well, after suffering in excruciating pain for 4-weeks prior, I waited & suffered ANOTHER 3-weeks before the “Assistant” called me the DAY BEFORE my appointment to tell me that Dr. Boerman would not be treating me because my molar was damaged in an accident and/or had received some kind of Trauma ! I was in complete SHOCK. I thought it had to have been a JOKE ! But after I asked the assistant to repeat herself, I actually was SO OFFENDED, I couldn’t speak. So I simply hung the phone up on her. After making me wait 3-weeks, ON TOP of the 4-weeks I already suffered through, this deeply selfish, self-centered, egotistical Dentist named Paul Boerman, had absolutely no issue w/telling me I was SOL & on my own, because he wasn’t going to hold up his ethical duty of a dentist, not to mention hold up his end of our agreement as two men. Oh wait, there’s no such thing as a mans word nowadays. I forgot that people nowadays just love to screw one another & think absolutely nothing about it ! Professional !?? Not even close. This man, Paul Boerman is the type of person you want to STAY AWAY From ! Karma is sweet & definite.
i was really impressed by the whole procedure including the staff and the actual wisdom tooth extraction. i was prepped well and my concerns were addressed. dr. boerman explained everything he was doing and the procedure went as planned.
Dr Boerman does not take the time to listen to patient needs and explanations. Does not believe when a patient states that they are in pain. Would never recommend him
Amazing care and straight to the point, love the professionalism.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
