He didn’t do a good surgery on my foot. I won’t recommend going to him. After 6 years I have to re-do surgery again. He tried to fix my neuroma. My sister in law went to a different doctor with the same issues and she is fine.

Dr. Merena is an excellent health provider and I would absolutely recommend him to others. He and his staff are very friendly, welcoming and detail-oriented. He has a great bedside manner and genuinely cares for his patients. This was my third toe surgery with Dr. Merena and on each occasion he made sure I was comfortable, experiencing no pain and that I understood the steps of the procedure. I would absolutely return to his office with any future foot related issues.

I waited 3 months to see Dr. Merena, and it was a waste of time. He didn't know of any way to help my problem, other than I could try other doctors. Then he refused to help me find a doctor that had experience with my issue. He just didn't seem to care and made me feel like I was not worthy of his time.

It took months to get an appointment. He ordered many expensive tests and did nothing for me except tell me to get orthotics. I already had orthotics and they were not working well enough anymore.
