I have been a patient of Dr. Neider for over two years. The level of professionalism and quality of care from both the staff and Dr. Neider is outstanding. Treatment is explained in a way that is clear and understandable. Dr. Neider is very personable and easy to talk with. I have no hesitation in recommending Northern Vermont Dermatology.

I met Dr. Neider via video-conference due to the COVID-19 virus. It was her 1st since the outbreak, but had planned well. She was able to see the issue I am experiencing, not able to palpate or biopsy at this time, and was able to make a tentative diagnosis and suggested steps I needed to take. She set a future appointment a couple of weeks out to give time to gauge the value of the first steps. I felt confident that all steps and actions seen to set me in the right direction for healing.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Neider to others. On my first visit, I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and ease of check-in and my wait time was about 5 minutes. Even better though, was the thoroughness of the exam. Dr. Neider and assistant asked questions, truly listened, and educated as well.
