Dorothy Brodmann's Online Review Report Card

I have repeatedly requested to remove my email address from your files. I will never come back. Staff was great, But doc was bad..........

I never had any issues with Dr. Brodmann, she was very professional when I got my glasses. I'd recommend her to my friends for her warm personality!

myeyedr has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My dad and I both had an appointment and spent 3 hours total in the office because they were so inefficient. After having a prescription changed, months later I was experiencing headaches and did not feel comfortable driving at night because my prescription was not strong enough. My dad called to have it changed but they refused to see me for a reexamination. They also refused to change the type of contact I was using that they prescribed back to one I used to use for years that was more comfortable for me. When I asked Dr. Brodmann if I could try 2-week or monthly contacts, she instead switched me to a different type of daily contact and told me I could “milk them for two days.” She later criticized previous eye doctors I had seen by saying my prescription was way too strong, but I am still experiencing problems months later with the one she prescribed.

Dr. Broad an is an exceptionally knowledgable and caring physician. She will take time with you to explain everything about your condition and your treatment. I have a long standing and serious vision problem and have benefitted from the attention of several top ophthalmologists (MD's). Though not an MD, she stands with them. In addition to her technical expertise, she is one of the nicest people I have ever met.

We waited for over an hour to have drops put in and then another hour to be seen, at that point the child was so annoyed and tired of waiting, the doctor would not do the exam. I was told the dialation would wear off in a few hours, it was 24 hours before back to normal. The doctor was rude and dismissive. Don't time or your money.

i've waited 2 years to write this -- and I still feel they sucked on all levels. Useless staff, all they focus on sales, lens by third party not fitted properly. This place is a joke. Take chances going blind before going this place - you won't regret it.
