My first time meeting this doctor and she made me feel comfortable and answered my questions.. I was pleased with my appointment and she was on time and I didn't have to wait around to be seen.. Awesome 👍

Doctor Durant & her staff are so easy to get along with. They're cherry and welcoming. I had carpal tunnel surgery done on my right hand last January and you would never know I had any problems. If not for Covid I would have come sooner to have my left one done. Doing that the 23.

Dr. Durant and her staff are professional, personable and efficient! My carpel tunnel release from the initial appointment to surgery and the follow up was all painless. I was also appreciative to have the option of being able to be awake during surgery- it was a quick in and out procedure and best yet, no waiting weeks to get in for the initial appointment or surgery. Thank you Team Durant.

Saw Dr Durrant for treatment for my Dupuytrens. She did not offer the treatment I was looking for. In return for my payment, she indicated she would attempt to find the treatment at VUMC or perhaps Dartmouth. She then did nothing. When I inquired, I was told she’d made a call (and basically that was all she was going to do). My voice message from her staff, which I have retained, basically tells me to go find the treatment on my own. I think she’s very unprofessional.

Well, I just booked an appointment with Cindy on the phone and she sounds, lovely, so I don't know what that other person was talking about. Looking forward to the visit.

Denise is exceptional. We were on vacation in Vermont and our son had a mountain biking accident breaking and dislocating his wrist. Denise went above and beyond to treat our son and stabilize and cast his arm in a way that would prevent supination and pronation. He is healing well and does not need surgery or "re-setting" of the wrist because of her expeditious professional treatment. Highly recommend Denise.

Dr. Durant is a good doctor however, whom ever Cindy is that works there is a very cold heartless person.

What a wonderful experience! The front office team was so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Durant took the time to listen to all of my concerns, addressed every one of them, and came up with a plan to move toward healing. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice!

Walking in the welcoming and modern office, scheduling, my phone calls, office visits, surgery and follow up visits/service, I have been very happy with my care at Lakeshore Hand Surgery. Denise (Dr. Durant) is not just board certified, she’s skilled, talented and above all else, she genuinely CARES about her clients! And she has the greatest personality too! Seriously, I wrecked my wrist and from the first (of many) visits, she explained everything in understandable terms, explained the x-ray images, worked me through injections and my very complex surgery. Every aspect of care is met with great attention right down to the finest detail. I HIGHLY recommend Lakeshore Hand Surgery for any upper extremity repair needs. Dr. Durant is my surgeon/doctor of choice.

Dr Durant is the best Ortho I have been to. I will be driving 3.5 hours each way at the end of the month for her to do a second surgery on me. My last surgery was very successful. She is professional yet down to earth. She is Knowledgable and I just really like her. I have not had great experiences with Ortho docs in the past. No drama, no issues, she tells it like it is but in a kind way. The Best!!
