I'm writing for my elderly parents in VT. My mother has been suffering for many months, received a recommendation, and solidified an appointment that took several weeks to obtain. They drove nearly 100 miles from their home and inadvertently arrived about 15 minutes late due to traffic, etc. They were denied their appointment and turned away. My mother begged, cried and pleaded to stay the entire day in hopes to be seen at some point, and were still denied! She, (my mother, the patient), had no choice but to make another appointment that is out another month! She made a 3 hour r/t car ride for nothing, and has to suffer erroneously even longer now! This kind of attitude and service from medical professionals is beyond appalling. My parents are human beings in need of your help. It appears they're just a number to you, but, you'll happily eat into their insurance when the time comes. I may be 1500 miles away, but I've got my eye on you folks. This incident will not fall by the waist-side!

continuity of care is not important. I received injections, passed out and never heard from this facility again. They also failed to provide informed consent.

My first phone contact with the office was not a great experience. It is important to note that this was due to a misunderstanding as much my fault as theirs. I was then contacted personally by one of the doctors to apologize regardless of whom ever was at fault. She was extremely gracious and we followed up with an appointment for an RF ablation for back pain, which they did a weeks later. I have had this procedure around 10 to 12 times over the last several years. This particular visit was friendly, efficient and I think the least painful I have ever had. Great docs and staff.

As stated on their website, required a physician referral before scheduling. Convenient online intake forms. An appointment was available in about 2 weeks. An injection date was made 2 weeks out after that. Injection appointment was brief, simple, directed and fairly painless. I was provided with b/w pictures afterward. Staff was pleasant. No complications.

I saw Dr. Caballero-Manrique today. I was immediately at ease with her. She explained everything very thoroughly, took her time to answer my questions. She created a plan for me for PT and other options should I experience another acute episode of pain. All of the staff I encountered were professional, efficient and kind. Thank you for a great expereince!

Such a great experience. Had my first appointment and procedure within 2 weeks. Have had outstanding relief. Is nice to have a provider actually listen to your symptoms.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. The doctor takes the time to listen to concerns and comes up with the right plan for pain management.

Way better than UVM financially and service wise. Also very experienced doctors and staff.

I would give 5 stars, but I haven't gone here yet. Dr. Ivie is wonderful. I am glad he is not going far.

I saw Dr Caballero-Manrique today for my first visit. I haven’t had a procedure yet but just my consult put me at ease. She is friendly and extremely professional. She explained what I can expect from my upcoming visit throughly. The office staff as well, is very friendly and easy to talk to. I enjoyed my first experience, and definitely feel comfortable going to interventional spine. Today, 05-17-21 I went for my 3rd visit and I have to say, if you want a Dr that listens to you and recommends what is best for you, given your situation, Dr Caballero-Manrique should be your choice! I won’t go into details but in terms of skill with procedure she's top notch. Also if she believes a procedure isn’t something she thinks you should have, she’ll let you know. I so appreciate that. Also, I want to add that her office staff and medical staff are some of the most pleasant I have ever experienced. You won’t regret choosing Interventional Spine.
