Best Dr. I have ever seen. Chris is kind, courteous, smart and fun. I could not have asked for a gentler more empathetic person to share my feelings with after the death of my mother in 2009 or my sister's passing in 2015. Chris is the best. I miss her.

Good luck trying to become a new patient. They want EVERY doctor note and file from ANY doctor you've ever seen. Once they receive and review they will decide if you are honored enough to become a patient.If you haven't had a primary care before they will allow you to see an assistant to evaluate if you can see them. Sounds like a ploy to ensure people with out insurance can't get in the door. (I do have insurance, but can't stand doctors who take advantage of those who don't.) AVOID. Poor form.
