Although the physicians are professional and courteous, I wonder why this facility even bothers to have telephones. They are never picked up, nor our voicemails ever returned. My wife and I have been waiting after trying three or four days, day after day to fill our sons prescription, to no avail. To get any answers at all, it requires our physical presence, driving from out of town. Has anyone told these guys that we're living in the 21st-century? Love his perfectionism. He doesn’t beat around the bush and will tell you the truth whether you want to hear it or not. He’s not going to come home with you and hold your hand. If you are looking for a doctor who knows his stuff and will provide the care you need then this is your guy. He is also very personable and my husband and I like him very much.

This man thinks he is a God. He can't even send prescriptions to the right pharmacy. 🙄 prescription bottles sitting right in front of him and 4 times in a row neither he nor his staff could get It right. I have uses the same pharmacy for over 6 years and only that one. I then get a letter certified mailbon April 1st, stating that as of March 8th he would no olongerbe my doctor a s of April9th. I call the office and they had canceled my appointments for April 5th and 6th. WOW This man thinks he is a God. Absolutely horrible. He has repeatedly disregarded every symptom I have told him about over the last 6 months, only to be finally diagnosed with cirrhosis by a different provider, and still not one word from his office. Even with me calling trying to request an appt to find out how advanced my cirrhosis is, my calls go unanswered. In fact, the only call I've received was to change my appt from 4 to almost 7 additional weeks out. Keep in mind that he's only available for appts every 8 to 10 weeks. This puts me out 3+ months from my last visit, even with a devastating test result. Unfortunately, not many Drs take state insurance. Poor people are stuck with whoever we can find to accept us as patients.
