The staff is very friendly and helpful! However the ARNP Luis is who I seen, was not. He made me feel very uncomfortable about my situation and did not let me express my health concerns. I would not recommend anyone to see him if they have any health concerns.

Way better experience at this location than in lacey. Sadly I can't remember the doctor's name I had seen, but am glad he is my doctor. Actually listened to what I had to say, listened to my issues, and set up a plan of treatment. Actually seemed to care and not just rush me out the door like the Dr I had in lacey. Tried for a couple years to address my issue with her and she wouldn't do one thing for me, first visit with this doctor and he has already done more than she did in two years. A huge thank you for actually making me feel like you care about my pain, and not just someone you need to get in and out the door for a paycheck.

Broke my foot. Doctor sent me for an X-ray . I had an x-ray done. He said he would call me later that day with the results, if not then the next business day. The doctor never called. I followed up everyday asking for results and how to care for my broken foot. They said we don’t have your results. I finally called the hospital they confirmed they were sent and resent them as well. Called again. Answered quickly then got placed on hold for 15 minutes. Called from another phone while waiting for them to answer my call, that one was answered and the woman was nice this time. She figured out that they sent the X-rays for the right foot when it was suppose to be the left foot so they were all confused by the foot and said they didn’t have the results. Still haven’t heard an answer from my doctor of how to care for my broken or not broken foot. Still waiting for a call back 7 days later. Terrible customer service out of the 5 receptionist there was only 1 that was nice and could help. The other 4 were very short with me and read a scripted answer of theres nothing else for them to tell me.

Made an appointment to see the doctor and after waiting 2 1/2 months. I leave my house at 12:00 for a 1:15 appointment. Road construction was going to make me late so I called in and they said as long as I wasn't later than 15 mins. I wouldn't have to reschedule. But when I was 12 minutes late they won't see me and making me wait on standby in the lobby all day. Why tell me I could be 15 minutes late when they don't honor what they say and there policies. Because 12 minutes late got me cancelled. These receptionists are liers and really just don't want to work things out there plain rude uncaring people. That tell people lies. Let alone the phone service is the worst I have ever used, to get through to a health care provider.

This is not a walk-in clinic I showed up at 8:00 in the morning a lady stepped outside asked me 20 questions about covid and told me that it wasn't to walk-in clinic

Me and my husband recently moved to the Aberdeen area and I made appointments for both my husband and me 2 months ago. I was schedule for my appt on 17th of Jan and they called me on 10th of Jan to tell me that they don't take patient on Mondays. So I ask when are they rescheduling me and she stated that the next day wasn't until March because I'm a new patient. I stated that it's not my fault and I need to be seen I've been waiting 2 months already and I need Medications refilled. She didn't care and she was budging and refuse to reschedule sooner. I cancelled my husbands appt. I wouldn't recommend this facility at all they very incompetent.

Competent Staff. Easy to deal with. Don't count on getting a prescription refill via fax through your pharmacy. If their fax machine is offline, it will get lost in limbo. Good people, but I feel like they are overwhelmed by the volume of people they have to see.

As a former healthcare worker DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC! This clinic is NOT for humans OR animals you may love. Just because patients are on medicaid DOES NOT give them the right to treat people like they deserve the WORST care imaginable. Do not expect to receive any return calls, notice of refills or referrals and to be treated like anything other than an incarcerated inmate.

My husband receives ongoing care from Dr Grant whom is phenomenal. Thank you
