Very good experience from check-in through the procedure. All information provided was helpful and reassuring. Procedure was quicker than expected and painless. Questions were answered thoroughly and helped with any anxiety.. Results, while still early, show vast improvement of brightness and vision clarity. I am excited to test the improvement of my vision and already see that it is helping with everyday activities.

Went for a free consultation. Had to wait an hour and a half for the doctor to see me, despite having an appointment. Now I found out they want to charge me 150$.

They would've received a 5 star but still require face-diapers. Hard to respect a medical field that requires a worthless hypercapnia created face-diaper.

Dr Banitt is an exceptional skilled surgeon! My vision to today (3 weeks after 2nd eye cataract surgery) 20/20 rt eye 20/15 left eye, it's amazing! Dr Banitt's skills and composure along with the latest premium IOL Lenses Tecnis Synergy has given me alomost like a sixth sence! I will say the support staff doesn't measure up the same (scheduling,paperwork, ect) , but as soon as you're rolled into the surgical room for the procedures the entire team is positive, confident and very professional! My impression is they love what they do and my results are clear....as in vision! Thanks Dr Banitt and team!

This is review for the scheduling staff. I saw Dr. Banitt back in September and was recommended a surgery. I was told someone would call to schedule which of course didn’t happen. I have since called them 5 times and got told that someone will call me back. I have now given up and will have to start over since the diagnosis can’t be used by another doctor even at northwest eye. A good way to show they cared I guess
