Cascade Valley Hospital - Wound Care Center's Online Review Report Card

I received really great treatment. HOWEVER, I have been trying to pay my bill like the rest of the world and they keep rebilling me. First, I paid on line and they refunded $99. After getting an additional bill for $300, I added my care credit numbers to the statement and mailed it in. I got the bill again and I did the same thing thinking they didn't receive my payment. I just got ANOTHER statement saying I am now past due and they do not accept cards for payment. Nope, no debit or medical payment cards ie care credit or fsa cards. I called them and, because DOCTOR DUNNINGTON is still living in the 1990's, I have to go to my bank and either purchase some paper checks or a money order. If you are going to use Cascade Valley Wound Care Center, make sure you have paper checks to pay your bill or make sure the physician you get takes online or card payments. Also, this is a "hospital facility" and it isn't like going to your doctor. No co-pay here, you pay your 20% or whatever your plan doesn't pay for hospital charges.

So far I am receiving what I believe is good care from the wound care clinic. I love everyone there. HOWEVER, Skagit Regional Healthcare BILLING CENTER does NOT ACCEPT CARE CREDIT. Care credit allows you to pay some of your bills without interest. I normally use WWMG and have been able to use my care credit there when necessary. SRH did let me know that they would be more than willing to take any interest bearing credit cards. Yay for me.

I randomly thought about reviewing this over a year and a half later while driving past and also reflecting back on my situation. I was misdiagnosed by every doctor I had visited until my situation became a wound which almost led to a mastectomy. The staff here, even the receptionist, all made me feel so comfortable and so welcomed. They were honestly my saving grace and I cannot thank them enough for everything. I totally recommend these guys. Super professional and knowledgeable.

I have nothing but praise for this organization. They saved my leg and probably my life! The entire staff including Doctors were fantastic! Thank you all again for your attention and support.

Never had better care anywhere they are amazing have taken my vascular ulcer from huge to minimal in less than four months it’s been there over a year they are phenomenal

My client is my best friend, sister and my biggest supporter! So, giving her the upmost respect and care is the very least I could ever give to her! Along with all the ❤️ love! She has been struggling with a bed sore on her bottom for over 2 almost 3 years! She was in a terrible home before my husband and I asked her one day if she would like to come live with us and I would take care of her! She would have her own huge space and everything she could possibly need ! She gratefully accepted. Ever since she has been th the Wound Care Center since she has been with me thing have improved in many different ways! Most importantly her health and well being. This clinic is so patient when we are late due to a catheter issue or public transportation is late or her very old van won't start (she is a complete quadrapalegic) and always accommodate us! The whole staff , we want to say thank you! Monique, Terry, Dr. Wolf and many others!!! If you want to feel important and not like a number in line, AND receive the best care overall, you need to give them a try! We love them!

I don't know if this clinic could help anyone or not, as they didn't do a thing for me. I was terriblyill with cellulitis in both calves. Their idea was to scrape the wounds without pain medication, as these types of outlier clinics can no longer prescribe pain meds. I had three appointments but no treatment except for advise and wound wrapping.However, they went ahead and billed my insurance for 15,000.00 worth of "SURGERY"! This is fraud. I am working to get this corrected with very little success.The doctor herself, Dr Wolf, also is billing me for "debridement" which she did not perform. I have photos to prove this.Anyhow, patient beware. Their billing practices are fraudulent in the extreme.
