Dont even waste your time.... This company is a joke Horrible communication ALWAYS shortstaffed and employees are extremely rude

I had Assured Home Health after major neck and spine surgery. I could hardly walk with a walker. They scheduled an appointment window and they came on time and got all pertinent information. They scheduled me for once weekly nursing care to watch my incision for infection and twice weekly PT for 9 weeks. They always called the night before the appointment date and gave me a time window. A licensed physical therapist saw me every fourth visit to check my progress and the other appointments were with a physical therapist assistant. I have four more visits before I graduate to out of home therapy. I am walking around home without assistance and I use trekking poles away from home. Everyone I saw from Assured Home Health was pleasant considerate and knowledgeable. They challenged me every visit. I feel like they are my friends after all these visits.
