List of Skagit Regional Health - Arlington Family Medicine's Reviews
I love my local clinic in Arlington!!! Please don’t shut it down!! I received a letter today that your closing our clinic and it is sad that Skagit has killed and taken over all of our in town clinics forcing us to go to Smokey Point! You closed down cascade medical by the hospital and now Arlington family medical! Quality of care in a corporate setting is not as good! Thanks for ruining our local healthcare. Only recommending because I love my provider and the office staff.
We have been going to AFM for about 20 years and trust them with our family medical needs. Their staff are very friendly.
I feel y'all failed us as a medical provider. Thank you and Providence Hospice for the awesome communication, NOT!
They are very efficient and professional every time whether it is an in-person visit, the phone or using MyChart. The addition of Sarah Evans has only added to the reasons why I continue to go there. The receptionists and all medical staff are first class. Thanks.
Nice staff, been going there for 35 plus years.
friendly, respectful, efficient; lab draw perfect! Thank you, Wendy
Already have have posted a review for this terrible clinic. Now a full week later after the issues being escalated to the VP of Operations, still no call or email. They out my health in jeopardy and I would strongly urge anyone and everyone to stay as far away from this place as possible.Transferred to Everett Clinic this past Monday and I. One appointment got everything right.Arlington Family Medicine and Skagit Regional Health have treated my family without any regard for patient care and can't even follow up on the basics.Worst place ever!!
Stay away from this place and organization!!1). So many mistakes on a continuous basis that it would take too much space to list them all. Arrogance to not even learn or own their mistakes and lack of patient care.2), Doctor gave me an injection which was supposed to go into my right shoulder AC joint, but after a couple tries and missing he admitted he had never done this type of injection!!!3). My doctor left the clinic and their was no notice sent to patients and when I inquired, they just said patients could find out when they came in. Never have seen this type of amateur hour at any other medical clinic.4). Their head doctor, without seeing me or discussing with me, changed the dosage on a medicine that you have to correctly taper off of over a course of months to years, reduced the dosage by 66%, and said I had to taper off in 30 days. Went into withdrawal symptoms immediately due to the dangerous reduction in the dose and also was completely erroneous in regards to what the medial community and the documents about this medicine on the Washington Stage Medical website. No patient care and lack of knowledge in regards to proper taper and med.5). Elevated this issue to their Director of Clinics and finally spoke to her after leaving three consecutive messages over 3-4 weeks. She was rude, tried to talk over me, blamed me for their mistakes, didn't for one minutes even acknowledge their errors or offer an apology. I see this may be symptomatic of their organization as I experienced this type of terrible customer service from a lot of their staff. In closing, we are switching back to the Everett Clinic after an effort to support our small town's businesses, which in this case was a huge mistake on our part by giving Arlington Family Medicine and Skagit Regional Health a chance. Run!!
My family and I have been going to see Robert McNerney for several years now. He has always taken great care of us, taking the time to look us in the eye and really LISTEN to us. He never makes us feel silly about our concerns and always does whatever he can for us. When my daughter and then husband were both dx'd with fibromyalgia, he immediately started attending seminars to learn more about it to help them. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, supportive and on the ball.Update: Sadly, Robert passed away in the summer of 2017. However, the staff there is still wonderful.
I am new to this clinic. My first visit was very good. They treated me like I have been coming here for a long time also just had a good feeling about this clinic. Office staff is friendly! Robert is great. Thanks to everyone! Keep up the good work! : )

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
