On November 17 I had a post-op appointment with Dr. Peter Wolff. He examined my op site and answered all questions and in depth. His explanations were courteous and complete. I could not have asked for a better time with my surgeon.

My experience at Cascade Valley Hospital was great. Staff was friendly and I was in and out right after surgery. Dr. Zeng did an amazing job.

We went to the Everett clinic at 5pm. My son was having symptoms of appendicitis. After evaluation they told us to go to the ER and recommended cascade due to wait times at other hospitals. I’ve lived in the area 30yrs and know the reputation of the hospital. It lived up to it. After 4-1/2 hrs of waiting, at 10:45 we left. Seemed very under staffed. Five other people did the same in the time we were there. Others were smarter and left after 30 minutes of waiting. They wouldn’t give anyone approximate wait times. If you have a broken finger it seems that you might get pushed to the front of the line so if your appendix is about to burst and you’re dead set on this ER then break your finger before you head in and you might get seen a little quicker. Unfortunate for Arlington.

Dr Whitman was very thorough and had a very nice gentle bedside manner. Excellent explanation of needed procedure and options. Reception and nurses were all kind and helpful.

I went Cascade Valley Hospital ED after 36 hours of trying to get help from an outside clinic. I was in severe pain and nobody could explain why or help me. From the moment I entered the ED I was treated kindly and with compassion from all the staff. The nurses worked quickly and diligently to get me taken care of. The ED doctor was kind and quick with orders and assessments. Once admitted to the unit the nurses and CNAs were phenomenal both in med-surg as well as throughout my surgery! I am so grateful for each person at the hospital that helped me.

Nice friendly, clean and sanitary place. Felt covid19 safe. In and out in a timely manner as scheduled. Dr. Whitman and Michelle answered all my questions and provided written back up information Highly recommend
