My visit with Dr Teng was excellent. He listened to my symptoms, reviewed my MRI & X-Ray images and explained what he felt were issues and next steps. He was very professional and took considerable time with me. I was very pleased with my visit.

Dr. Teng has performed surgery on my back last year. What a relief to know that I was in good hands. And that I should've have worried so much.

Always nice and courteous associates. Appointments are on time. Nurses and doctors listen and care.

My surgery went to plan and I'm feeling better than I have in years! Dr. Andelle Teng knows what he is doing and uses the most up to date procedures. In my case, he was able to use microsurgery and a smaller incision which helped speed my recovery.

My appointment was at 1:45. I arrived early, at 1:25. I wasn't escorted in until 2, and Dr. did not see me until 2:30. Dr. was obviously behind schedule, so instead of discussing coming surgery, Dr. informed me that I was "on for Mon." (The 19th.) This was on Thurs., the 15th. I was supposed to make all of related arrangements at work, etc. in one day, Fri. Not even possible for myself or wife. On that day, I was also suffering from severe abdominal issues, ended up having an "accident" in clinic and in my vehicle, as I tried to get home. I tried to leave clinic at 2:45, Dr. Teng told me to stay. I sat there for another long time, which is when issue occurred. I tried to wait, but then didn't make it to clinic restroom in time. I left for home then, but had another accident in vehicle. Dr. Teng's assistant called later, leaving a short voicemail accusing me of "running out on her." I then consequently decided than I WASN'T having the surgery on Mon.,the 19, if ever, at Cascade Orthopedics. Dr. Teng left a short voicemail, saying he was "confused." Obvious disregard for doctor-patient relationship.

Always on time and does fantastic work.

This was my first visit with Dr. Teng. He was very kind, personable and informative. He spent a lot of time with me, explaining the results of my x-rays, performing tests and offering recommendations for pain management. He did not offer surgery and explained why. Unlike another surgeon I saw that wanted me to rush into surgery. I thought Dr. Teng was great and would recommend him to anyone that wanted an honest and thorough Doctor.

DR Teng was very knowledgable about what surgery can and cannot do for pain. He shares that with you I asked for clarification on my procedure, because after he expressed that surgery will not take away the pain. To be honest I stopped listening. After.i made it clear.that I just needed reassurance that their is an alternate reason for it. To stop future deterioration. I was scheduled really quickly after getting the go ahead. I did have complications and am still waiting on those to resolve. I do seem to be getting a tiny bit better everyday. Not sure yet of I would make the same decision again but hey I'm less.then a week out. If I continue to improve and can go back to all my outdoorsie activities, then the pain now will be worth it.

Dr. Teng is pleasant and has been very helpful in the long process we have been through. The staff is very pleasant and easy to work with.
